Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your custom mechanical keyboard part content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following elements (as per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Describe the custom mechanical keyboard parts content and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days of our receipt of the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
